Well it’s a long road but the studio is done! Well all except for a few finishing touches and a little organization. The buildings have been completed since December and after three months the power company was finally gracious enough to install the underground line to the studio. I was able to move the remainder of my equipment out of storage and the temporary studio has finally transitioned back to a dining room. It’s amazing how much space I have now that the house is no longer packed full of wheels, clay, and greenware!

A bit more organization is needed. More shelves. Pegs for hanging tools. Most of these missing bits and pieces will be filled in as needed. Eventually I’m going to install a small masonry wood burning heater in the studio for heat but now that winter weather appears to be behind us, that can wait. Right now it’s produce, produce, produce!
